Meet Our Founder

Angela Bailey, the Founder and Executive Director of Level UP Enrichment, is a passionate advocate for children and young adults. She is an experienced Certified Teacher in the State of Texas and holds a K-12 Special Education and a 4-8 Generalist certification. Angela has been mentoring and teaching for over ten years, and her clients have achieved much success in English Language Arts and Math for all grade levels. Angela's clients have experienced significant growth in their STAAR (State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness) test scores. 70% of her students have consistently passed the STAAR math test over the past six years. She has strong relationship building skills and creates an environment that fosters success.

Angela saw gaps in academics and saw where youth-centered programming could help students build strong life skills at home, at school, and in preparation for the workplace. This led her to start Level UP Enrichment.

 

Since launching Level UP Enrichment in 2021 in Houston, Texas, Angela's signature holistic mentoring program has been used to support high school students in the seventh largest school district in the United States. Students were motivated to stay in school and discover their true potential. Now she has expanded programing to include elementary and middle school students.
